Completely remove or rename your Gorilla Tag folder, and reinstall, usually found here:

On Quest
First check your time setting are set to Auto and that the headset has the correct time.

Next step: Clearing the Appdata.

You need a PC and there's a tutorial on yt that shows you how to do it, if u can't do it then the only other way is to have another headset and record yourself with the other one
