Just as some starting help, you would probably want to have your arm leveled flat against the wall so that the side of your hand can push up off the wall without going flying backwards, I'm not the most skilled at this subject, but I can do a little bit, once your there you just start pushing up with only the side of one of your hands pushing at the wall, and remember, don't move your ARM sideways move it up and slightly down quickly, it's going to take lots of time and effort, but with enough practice, you'll get the hang of it 🙂👍
