If anyone has to change a setting to make gameplay easier, that's a skill issue
I don't believe pig lowers his hz lower than default, he plays on default q1 which is just worse hardware than q2. In a perfect world everyone is on the same settings, but I get that isn't super plausible with different target hz per device. 90 to 72 is a similar change in hz as 72 to 60 is, so there's definitely not full parity, but at least it's not an intentional advantage
This hybrid stuff is wild to me cause that's just straight up cheating x 2 imo
