Not at all. Illustrator is given to those who consistently post great/well edited content to show that they have been noticed and that AA is thankful for what they do for the community. (they also get EA to upcoming updates, Not 100% tho), This technically does fall into the ‘leadership’ topic since a lot of people may look up to these creators, But not the same as the Guides.

Guides are recognised by AA by their hard work within the community, for example, Taking the time out of their day to help others, Being a great role-model to other Monkes, Spreading positivity and kindness to others and just being an overall great person.

The moral of the story is, Illustrator is given to people who focus mainly on the content side of GTAG. And Forest Guide is given to those who are consistently helpful to Monkes

(I’m sure other people can add to this in order to make it a little easier to understand lol)
