I have 3 potential theories for PLZ-A

  1. This takes place is an Era similar to Paris 1960's, a Post War Paris/Kalos where they're trying to bring together People and Pokémon after the disaster that resulted from the War and the Ultimate Weapon.

  2. This takes place in the time leading up to the events of XY, where we see the start of Team Flare as they originally start their plans with Zygarde (Like in the Anime)

  3. This is a Future type world that takes place Post Team Flare downfall and Kalos trying to recover from the side affects that came with the fall of Lysandre's Company
