Last year, i traveled there for a Recreational Trip, & to see my North American friend!
I got to see a lot of the Live Music Concerts there and travel through the cities as well as the beach.

California is an incredible place to visit! There’s so many amazing things about it, and so many different areas you can go to. But the cost of living there brings it down for people living there. Oregon is really similar in both it’s amazingness and high cost too. I really don’t know if I can say what the best state is overall.

I have lived in both Colorado outside Boulder and Seattle Washington, both were beautiful and had tons of things to do... out of both, the weather in WA state was amazing...very moderate and no humidity...it would rain often, but it was light and usually stopped after 20-30 mins..lol.. when the sun was out though over the lakes, it was beautiful.
