#the solar efficiency upgrade does not have an effect

  • 0.99.56, save started in 0.99.54
  • got the solar upgrade in fundamental tech tree (screenshot)
  • built large battery with small solar, large battery with medium solar
    measured the numbers (waited for start of lunar day till lunar sunset)

(solar test TTS) below
without upgrade small solar: 68.977 units, medium solar: 189.004 units
(solar upgrade test TTS)
with upgrade small solar: 68.784 units, medium solar: 190.959 units

Hello together.

I did some testing and did just notice that the solar panel efficiency upgrade only effect solar panels that are already build. if you build new ones after the reasearch, they are not effected by the upgrade.

I wish everyone a good transition into 2026

i notices that the solar panels should deliver in peak over 300 kW/h with the upgrades but the never deliver more than 300kW/h
