i started a new save sandbox and the wires not working and i say maybe from this save i deleted and create new save and same issue i started storyline and same issue.

I seen that before already, you have outdated mod, that is causing this to happen

Check if you still have mod file in TheCrust/content/paks/
It isnt usable unless author decides to update it for new version...
