I constantly get intermittent messages saying 'No energy". When I come to check, it's just a building, that was there for eternity. Not the power line connection issue for sure. Demand/supply is the obvious cause. However, my batteries can hold loading of 2,700, and the demand was 1,800. It comes and go. I do nothing to resolve it as it resolves on itself quickly. But it's annoying.

I got this case too. The message was strange, but at least useful 🙂 No, it happens on a happy economy. No depleted extractors. And all is working! The message just comes and go.

it is a rather old bug.
The old bug only happened at speed 2x ingame. when a module was repaired, the moment it works again, it is counted as disconnected from power grid. notificatino occurs some seconds later and then vanishes again.
Will drive you nuts if you always played at 2x and never got the "modules need lees maintenance" research.
Imho that bug is fixed in 0.96.40...
