I found quite a few older messages about this being a bug that appears to have been sorted sometime mid-2024. But I am having it again in late March 2025. Thread found here:

I have sent my cargo truck to the repeater, but the resources are showing as 0 (see attached pic), so I cannot select them to bring back to base.

did you tell it to pickup all, just sending it to it does nothing. if you show a screenshot will the full UI i can show you, you need to slide the bar to select collect all or click all and return to base. if you have done this and refuses to pick them up then please add the .sav files so it can be looked into

Ah, I found it. The button appeared almost greyed out (just colour selection I think).
