Hauler reconfiguration makes drones disappear

Trying to reconfigure drones to Hauler drones, they disappear in the reconfiguration building, the drone count drops .

Yeah, sorry for that, archive files are the main source of distributing malware that is once even downloaded is gonna take affect, so we trying to avoid it here.

The case you've reported is quite fasinating I'd say, gonna investigate it

this game was started from the beginning, the day I reported

Version 0.94.12, new save started on downloading this beta.
Im not able to pinpoint the exact moment the hauler drones started to dissapear, i noticed they were idle cause it took a long time loading for a contract. In later loads they completely dissapeared. I built a second drone reconfigurator and reconfigured 5 more drones, they also dissapeared fairly quickly after first functioning normal. Right now I have 17 drones, 10 of which I cant find anywhere, all haulers. The only functioning ones are the normal builder drones.
Edit: I tried configuring them back to normal but that does nothing, the interface says 0/5 then but they never reconfigure. This way in both reconfigurators.

• reverted to last autosave that was not broken
• did the same but could not reproduce
• have 5 haulers, now i progressed the quest by building small farm

last thing i knew was that

• i built a bulk storage (needs components)
• but taking components from storage is forbidden
• I enabled taking from the single storage (topside)
• one regular drone came to the storage, halted there
• disabled taking components. re-enabled. another regular drone comes. do it a third time
• notice a hauler drone is stuck underground now - screenshot + save

I dismantled that failing hauler reconfigurer and build another one, underground. That one worked.

I cant dismantle it, can set it to zero but until haulers reconfigure back to normal drones the dismantle option is greyed out

This issue seems fixes as of 0.94.16, hauler drones idle at load of the save and could revert them back to normal.
