Hadn't seen this posted, but noticed that you can overlap the arms of the Ice Extractor machine to fit more onto a node. What's interesting is that you get more ice out of the node than it states with this method, about 170% more (free ice) in my estimation.

It could be a bug and they will patch out sooner or later, if I'm right. Anyway, the ice is the smallest problem in this game 😄

Agreed its the smallest problem, I only noticed because I was trying to get the achievement for depleting an Ice node.
