I completed the contracts for the quest "A Million Opportunies" but it still is not lissed as completed, and problably therefore i dont get any contract to complete. How can i fix this or do i need to start over a new game?

There are actually much more contracts to complete for this quest, you just have to be patient to get the next one. (it all finish with the "City of the Future" from the Society of Metis)
You can either accept next contracts or decline to get to the end of the quest. And and active contracts tab would be filled right after you finish with that last contract.
But we considering moving the generation of regular contracts earlier, so your note is really appreciated. Thank you for the report!

You've encountered a bug related to saving with the opened contract window 😦 We are currently working on that and the fix should work on the older saves too.
But I cant give you the exact time frame when that fix would be ready. Sorry for the inconvenience!
