I just need to pickup resources but I'm unable to send a truck. The "start" button doesn't become active. Something is wrong here.

Repro'ed the same issue, here's my repro steps:
- Launch game
- Skip opening CS
- Press 'Continue' to load latest save
- Click on rover to open map
- Select expedition node thing
- Click 'Set An Expedition' > Select transport
- Expedition Setting > Fill all
Added save files for easier repro (Don't judge me for my unoriginal save name convention)

Also had this problem and also confirming that latest patch fixed the issue for me. Text is back to English and I'm able to send the cargo rover to pick up supplies. Thanks very much
