The trade system is nice but could be improved even more. I think that the statistic charts that we get once we unlock the resources market could use some work such as showing the projections ( for example ) smart concrete will get over the next few days.
example :

  • 1 : Smart concrete is selling for 8 credits
  • 2 : A percentage would say that in the future days the price will rose by 80 % over the next 4 days
  • 3 : players will then focus their efforts ( if they want to ) on producing massive amounts of smart concrete in the following 3 days in order to sell massively the concrete at the 4th day when the price rose up by 80%
  • 4 : Profits
  • 5 : Then the next day the price decreases to a much lower value so it cannot be cheesed

This is why a better UI visuals / mechanics could be nice since you would give players the choice of keeping their base as they want or re-arrange everything in order to mass produce some precise products in order to fully benefit from them when they reach their maximum price.

Thanks for the suggestion, in the first version of the market we had a prediction of price direction, rise or fall, but it seemed to us too easy, we removed this indication. In reality, the market reacts to the player's buying and selling and world events, and in the future we will add radio news to the game and if the player will be attentive enough he will be able to understand the hints from the news and predict the price himself.
