multimonitor config help

does anybody know if theres a multi monitor config

If you make that with GPU software then game works well. Only issue I heard was that images in the loading screen are stretched, everything else works

So I surround two screens on nvidia control panel but the steering wheel is in the centre and looks like it's between to screens is there any way I can adjust pov to left or right

No its the only way it would work with dual monitor. If you can't adjust it on driver, game can't do much.
Such multi monitor setups are generally used with 3 monitors for simulation/racing

So I'll be better off with 3 screens rather than two

yes 3 monitor should work. We didn't test ourselves but a player confirmed it was working
