Yeah I do like this, it makes it easier for people to grind lines and actually play lower tiers than T10 and 9 if you dont have good premium boats. You have more options. It's just so apparent how just giving a T8 like Mogami a heal made it infinitely much better than it's T8 premium counterpart.
