Kremlin was the biggest letdown ever after the rest of the USSR BB line. It's the definition of a paper tiger. It gives up everything for tankyness, yet isn't tanky at all. It's got a weaker broadside than German BBs, and a less armored bow than Soyuz, so it's constantly taking damage from shells Soyuz and German BBs would bounce. It's got dog shit range and maneuverability and no hydro, and massively underwhelming torp protection so it's constantly gets demolished by torps. It never bounces shells ever. It has no AA, or spotter, or hydro consumable and 1 less heal, all because of the fake tankyness. Oh and it's 457's can't overmatch 32mm. It has zero redeeming qualities, the absolute worst T10 BB, by far. Imo it at very least needs hydro to be a real T10 BB, because as it is now, it's just 457's on a barge.
