From 6 tier they are actually good. They got combat instructions for consumable reload. You just can't die when fighting 1vs1 or 1vs2. After 8 tier you got Super heal and Radar. It's ultimate utility for support allies and kill enemy DDs

For one, just give Bismarck BC dispersion and bumped it up to T9 in order to avoid power creeping regular Bismarck because there is LITERALLY no point in playing regular Bismarck over that thing.

As for Prince of Whales, they could have made the armor 32mm everywhere however made the Heavy Repair Team DCP cooldown to 60 seconds. It would be very unique in the sense that it's practically healing almost all the time BUT it's healing for a very low amount per second and also bumped it up to T9.

putting both these ships in T9 would be alot better

That's not and afk, but an unsportsmanship behavior, but you can submit a CS ticket for that if you feel like it was very bad

the very bad part is that the person in question has 9000 games, clearly doing the same in most of them, and i even remember him from random encounters doing the exact same thing earlier. The fact he is not banned in any meaningful way does however lead me to believe that there will be no relevant sanction

Well, it's not a common practice to ban people completely from playing the game. If you're expecting that, it's unlikely to happen.

I understand that there should be a rather notable escalation before such a response. But what then matters for the game if people can just keep on doing that? it completely undermines any wish to use the report system if a continous offender are allowed to do whatever,indefinitely. But i appreciate the honest answer and that i do not have to waste my time on reports in the future 🙂

well i gave him my 10 reports of the day, which are of couse placebo. And he was clearly just trolling the bbs (played dd) how bad they were , while sailing back and forth behind them
