I'm not entirely sure of its Randoms performance but it's pretty much perfect for Operations and PvE which I play exclusively (other than Brawl sometimes)

• Excellent secondary battery, fifteen 152s per side that melt everything
• Having small battery guns is actually a good thing because most operations spam lower tier boats which big battleship guns regularly overpen, Yimeng has smol guns so they detonate inside the citadel of small cruisers
• Haha funny torp nuh uh button so I don't need to care about actually having to try navigating through torps
• My favorite ship horn sound (important)
