You will never kill or win vs top templar,as a sin, no matter how good you play. Sin vs temp matchup is completely templar dependent, if templar plays all his cards right, there is nothing sin can do.
in Open world when temp is not buffed/has no idea you comming you can shadowfall bug abuse+surprise effect can play a factor, and maybe you kill(but its a big maybe,+ you need to be,absolutelly flawless on sin, which is decades of practise worth), or you kill 1-2 times in arena as well if you proc para first inc/auto, but in general, lets say when temp knows that your incoming, all buffs allowed(no tournament rules) and you dont proc para in his UD, u wont win, and even if you proc para, your DPS must be Extremely high and spot on to burn him down,until he is out of para.
