How can I build troops? Seems like everyone in my guild has at least 30k each of t3 (same castle level or slightly above, i'm just starting out, level 18)

I've been playing for a week and I have about 14k t3 of every time (excluding siege), 4k of each t2 troop (2k siege), 10k t1 infantry and 5k archers I usually use just to gather.

I have 1 barrack at level 16 currently, 6/10 of my manors are level 18, rest are lvl 17, and 6 infirmaries.

Just asking since everyone else seems much further ahead, saw someone my same castle level in the Dragon arena who had wayyy more t3 than me.

On another note, what should I focus on right now? I'm currently trying to build more troops and get my aquiris familiar to adult (ignoring the others) so that I can work on my heroes. Is that a mistake?
