here on the other hand 3xp5 dropped the rally 350k troops the acc defending had 1050/750/750 mix and guy rallying it was full +15 1800lvls max acc

on my lead accounts I found having all 3 p5 is quite good since they rarely have a lot of troops

but on a fat comp more than 1 might do overkill

7m T2 inf , 4m T2 range , 3m T2 cav

And yes , full cav reins
That's the best way to have when you are being rallied online too , because it's the counter to mix rallies , infantry rallies and decent against cav rallies too , plus range rallies are quite rare nowadays

But also not too much so your gryphon, p5s activate in time

The faster P5 activates , the bigger the enemy squads would be , which means more benefits for you

keep also in mind that with this kind of comp where you need p5s to active HP matters a lot.

Bigger is your comp bigger is your attack. SO usually people are going for more HP. But it also depends on what kind of familiars you use

Remember that 10% of a 21m comp is 2.1m loss, you'll never be able to get familiars like griphon activated in the first hit.

I'm not the best in how you should defend your wall but these are things that i've been told and learnt.

1. Familiars who needs you to lose troops are only useful if you want to tank a lot of rallies or if you have a little comp. Having a big comp means you need a lot of lose to get them activated.
2. HP > Atk, because atk increase with number of trops but you HP don't. If you play with HP you will tank way more than with ATK (focus HP in artifacts and with your gear if you can)
3. For familiars I would go with snow beast, jade, drider, gargantua and bon appetit
4. Range wedge of course, has been told but really hard to 0
5. For heroes on wall for me rose knight is better than goblin because of cav HP in case enemy pass trough range and retarget to cav

1. His goal is to go offline in a certain setup , if he was scared of one rally I wouldn't suggest range wedge for that
2. I don't understand your point lol , you're saying Atk increases if you have more troops , but you know what else does ? HP. Because if you kill the enemy faster , they won't be able to do as much damage therefore your ''hp'' aka durability increases . You should focus on both not one over the other , but generally cavalry atk and range HP are the most useful ones
3. You said gryphon is bad because it requires a certain amount of troops to die etc , but when drider activates at 7% , it will stun the biggest squad at that moment, which will be 100-200k . Even in full potential where gryphon and drider activates in their best scenarios respectively, gryphon is better
4. If you use 3 cavalry heroes and 1 range , your range durability will decrease significantly. Although you'd have more cavalry squad atk to help you with inf , a range hero would put the range squad (2 of them are the frontline of range wedge) a bit further back , which makes the enemy travel longer . This phenomena is more obvious in WoW but still nonetheless present in castles , in fact if you don't care about damage, you could use 4 range heroes and 1 cavalry hero in range Phalanx when taking a mix rally , the damage will be higher than a normal setup , but you will be more likely to cap the lead

So if you don't care about might , or want less troops for the same purpose ( have 2m T3 instead of 3m T2) , T3 is good for that

And cheaper than T4

If you don't care about cost , you use T4 front

And if you really don't care about cost and lunite , you use t5
