Okay here's what I recommend

Remove death archer and replace it with ice fox

When you get the choice to get anything, here's what your priority should look like:
1/ Obtaining New ability (heroes/pets) - AOE is preferred, then damage at the beggining of the fight, then chain, and lastly healing
2/ Obtaining new troops/Upgrading current troops. Even though the first is better, the latter is recommended if you already have lots of troops or the troops choice are low tier (t1 or t2)
3/ New "skills" to the units: IE. archer revives when they die
4/ general buffs (Ie 20% damage increase)

Guys. I need lineups for the last stage of the witch doll event. I followed yt vids but kept losing heroes at the final stage. I also used my own choice for a set and it just timed out.

The set in the vid was my personal choice (I survided but the stage timed out). Devs need to do something about the stage duration. The enemies already give a lot of issues with the damage they and there are way too many reinforcements.

The last stage is confusing: if red fire stuff are alive, you can't damage the main boss

so with the death archer thing, whenever one of them spawns, kill htem using death archer's ultimate

u can also switch soul forger with rose knight, but that's just personal preference

What's the difference between Send Garrison and Send Reinforcement?

So reinforcement is like you are adding to the guildmates existing army they have and garrison is more like a camp in a guildmate turf where you only fight with what you sent it will be your gear your heroes your familiars so if a rallies come it will be your camp vs the whole rally at first and after that it will be the guildmate you garrisoned troops versus the remaining rally troops after a clash with the garrison easier to lose lead unless you are a beast
