U don't have good enough atk damage so for wall send a seige March first with heroes(no leader )then Atk

And 130k t3 are very less troops to atk , as f2p my advice is to build your own castle and troops before going for war

If you search on the internet there are list with the best heroes to use for each monster, it will come handy later on, but right now, you don't care for that,
when you click/tap on a monster, there's an "i" info button, that opens up the info for that monster. and out of that entire page all you care for is 1 line.
The Strong Against.
if it's:
High PDEF. then you send heroes that do Magical damage.
High MDEF then you send heroes that do Physical damage.
Physical and Magical, then you send heroes that do Physical damage.

after you pass a hero stage with 3 crown you unlock the sweep ability. Whenever you sweep a stage it gives you items that you can use to level up any hero of your choice. from those shown on that screenshot I'd recommend leveling up Incinerator, and Black Crow, as they do a lot of damage and are helpful in both Monster hunting and hero Stages.

So for the medals focus on one hero at a time, meaning get one hero to gold then work on the others since it needs 330 medals per hero.
And for your question on which heroes aren't that good to get to gold first, It's basically any hero that gives Siege engine stats for battle.
If you're not going to be spending money to get paid heroes, then You would definitely need to get trickster to gold first for his Research bonus, and I'd recommend making sage of storms and scarlet bolt to gold as well before working on other heroes.
