don't do scout or atk when you start for 3d, bec you have free 3d shield and for finding guild, go to settings then ranking then guild rankings and try to ask to join 1st strongest 10 guilds if no one accepted you, go for the next 10 and Don't touch the wall research, don't train T3, if you don't fight, 200k is enough, if you fight, say 400k
focus on military forces and economics reseaeches for t4
Stay on Castle 17 and do not upgrade to 18 until all your heroes legendary, because after 17 hearts will be removed from the daily gifts. Stay on Castle 24 and do not upgrade until gryphon equipment ready to be legendary.

That's like asking for advice on how to play cards. Not enough info to be useful. Start by joining a guild that will help you in the game. If you are in a guild, and they aren't helping, leave and join a different one.

Just look at the guild rankings (gear cog in the bottom row of icons, then Ranking). Start looking at the guilds, and find one with a language and description that sounds like they have people who can help you.
