well, the infirms aren't as bad the the barracks

You can train 5x the amount of 1 barrack but it also takes 5x longer which is doesn't help much imo

I'd definitely remove at least 3 barracks, depending on how often you come online

as for infirms, if you need them a lot then keep em, if not then keep 1 or 2

If you go and look at your hero Battle Skills, you will see they have one of two symbols on them, either a castle or a horseman.
The ones with the castle work all the time.
