Other than that, the $1 super savings gives the most value by far out of all packs in the mall.

After that it depends what you wanna go for honestly, if you want to invest for war gear, go for material madness/mayhem, if hunting gear go for the monster hunter, champion gear - rising champion. Or go for the one with 250 tomes if you need research

if you're a light spender, don't even think of spending on $5 packs and up unless there's a 1+1 offer available,, but if money's not an issue then you do you friend
