Seriously what is wrong with IGG atm. It will only be 9pm for me when the 8 hour maintenance shield starts. So I guess now IGG expects me to get up at 5am to renew my shield? Most normal people set 24 hour shields when they are about to go to sleep, which for most people is between 10pm and midnight. So they should give us a maintenance shield that at least lasts 12 hours so their mistake isn't screwing people over. @IGG think about your players PLEASE. We spend huge amounts on this game, don't screw us over please.

You should go and ask for help in live chat. Gear Icon ( bottom right) -> Help -> Live Chat. They should clarify the situation, or in worst scenario, at least know this problem exists.

Now, they remove the 2 hours free, but instead of 5 hours on the project, it is now 3 hours.
At my current VIP level, I can instantly finish a project in less than 2 hours. But, once I reach a certain level, it will show 15 minutes and above to finish.

Hi Lords mobile team I have a complaint to make about all these updates in my opinion a lot of these updates are making the game very boring I'm not speaking about the events of any sorts I'm talking about the in game play of the game ever since the update the HP of our heroes are not shown in colossum battles still the issue hasn't been fixed lately there's been robbery in kingdom tycoon and librarian battles each time when we have it on auto play it kicks us out automatically I see others winning a lot of gems on there most are even lucky to get the bag of gems all the time but for some of us we don't even get it and yet we use thousands of holly stars each time and kingdom tycoon coins all the time so I'm very unhappy with this issue it's getting harder each time on this game and im loosing confidence in your game please resolve this issue or I will be happy to find a better version of the same game thank you

The dragon arena instructions say that r4 can assign players to team after registration but before matching starts.

There doesn't seem to be any time between the 2 so this morning I can't make any changes with 7 hours to go before we were due to fight. Glad I assign most people.

I mean that's totally biased. Registration is usually a day before matchmaking which is the day of the arena.

You registered your guild during the registration frame but didn't assign members and that's the "company" worst idea. Sounds more like it's on you than their fault

And according to the last paragraph "There doesn't seem to be any time between the 2". You could've also waited till the next day before registering your guild also no?

No you can't usually wait to register. I registered a lot of members but point 3 in the process info said that r4 can assign members AFTER registration. I took that to be afyer the registration period. It didn't specify it had to be done during the registration phase

Brand new event wasn’t even explained clearly by IGG themselves, so of course people are going to be confused. Many Dragon Arenas went terribly already and IGG is feeling the backlash. They have already lied saying that only three complaints have been filed against the update. Sure buddy. Sure.

There's no need to complain about a 2 min wait. If you're in such of a hurry to complete your quest even though you have a week to complete it you can spend 200 gems. Yeah the feature has bug and issue that need to be tweak out and fix however having to wait 2 min is not an issue. Be glad its only 2 min and not 20 min or 2 hour. Appreciate that its only 2 min it could be worse. Also why should they change it make no sense. No Point to complete all your quest and have nothing to do and next complain is about not having enough quest attempts. So just appreciate the fact it only 2 min instead of it being 15 min, 20 min, 2 hour, 2 day etc.

Never said it's not cheap just said it adds up. If you spend 200 gems and still not getting quest your looking for and you spend another 200 gem and your still spending 200 gem it adds up. If you keep spending 200 gem 20x time that 4k gem so on and so on so really depend what quests your wanting to do and if that quest spawn or not. Also Even I had said can spend 200 gem. No it's not high however it is if you keep spending 200.

Guild reward can claim all once all open because of new year people are working late so all I can do is to push the points too many castle is not easy us what you think if it's that easy many castle are claim rewards anyway sad to say only 19 real player with guild 100 castle ..

It's only 56 I finish because of new year preparation and celebration it's far from old GF I can work 108 castle GF and claim all rewards for 2 days
