I am not impressed with tempering. Since my last post I upped my earthshatter and mace 1 lvl each and am getting poorer results when hunting 4s.

My guild does this. We usually have at least 6-8 people with a legendary loot quest at least once or twice a day, and all Collab on killing them. We do it so much, half the time I'll be in chat saying there's a couple of 154 point 2x leg loot quest up and we're about to kill some do anyone can take it for freebie quest... But no one wants the low point one 😂

But some people will wait for a few others to get the quest before killing - if I'm gonna go kill several Lv5 for my own quest, I'd rather have as many guild members as possible all get the quest at the same time, so I'll sit on it for a few hours. Many people do this.

And then there's some people who just take the quest and kill their monsters without saying anything.

And no need to wait for a MH hell. I just killed 2 Lv5 bon a few minutes ago just because my saberfang was up and 2 were side by side. And it's not GF or anything. I just felt like it

However, for smaller guilds where people think even taking the Lv5 loot quest is impossible because "no one can kill a Lv5 it's too hard" (I've seen guilds where this is the case and they just delete those quests immediately without thought), this is actually a really good strategy to help everyone in the guild. With just a little coordination, a guild could collect up over the course of a day 10 or 15 accounts with Lv5 quests, and have a time when everyone comes together to all help killing. It's easy points for more people, plus the benefit of Lv5 loots and loots from the hits is so good for the guild, especially smaller f2p guild.

Some guilds have scheduled times for darknests. It's not that hard to organise

From a personal perspective, only looking out for myself, and having enough energy to kill the monsters on my own without waiting (which I can) - yup, waiting for others to get that quest is a waste of time.

From the perspective of caring for a whole guild and creating solutions that make it easier for smaller members to all flourish, those are good quests and everyone gets points for the same effort, so it's a valid use of time (and means those quests get taken rather than deleted, which means another 15 minute reset)

Again: just saying, for guilds with a lot of f2p members who generally ignore those quests / write them off as "impossible" this is a great solution that can help everyone.

Me personally: I do GF on 6 accounts. We're in master gauntlet, on my main I generally score over 3k points every time. On my rally lead, around 2500, and on all 4 little hypers I average 2k points each. Plus my wife has 3 acc. It's so easy to collect up a legendary loot quest on all of those accounts, and tell the whole guild that I'll be killing lv5 "in the morning" (or whatever time suits me) so even more people can collect those quests. And then I just kill them, because I'm going to anyway for myself.
Extra especially if I'm about to start killing and there's literally a legendary quest on the board; just offer anyone to take it and help killing if they can.

(I'm assuming by "Monster gears" you mean Slayer - if you meant the equipment sets you get from hunting monsters, then the answer is similar anyway, but also things like exchange extravaganza and bargain store)

lets say you do 100 dmg without any gear, nor research. 0 on monster hunt dmg. if you have 500% hunt dmg it will do 500, if you add 25% it will not add 25% of 500dmg but 25% of 100 dmg.

That's true. The only time it's beneficial to hunt as a team is if you're kinda newbie and can't kill a monster alone

The individual gets no benefit for the final kill hit (same possible drops as every other hit), the benefit all goes to the guild in the gift. So it really doesn't matter who gets the final shot, just be respectful of each other

The hero packs are each $99.99 pack for 3 medals. You need 330 medals to max it.

because if you dont have heroes at the best grade as far as i know, you wont think a list is good because your paid hero is weak @ember abyss

such is the case, looks to me that this is more of a 'you' problem than the creator of the list
