The people they give the passwords to in the guild are people that they trust to an extent and won't dismantle gears dismiss troops etc the people taking account logins from buses are doing that which means they complain to igg that their account was hacked and they want their stuff back so its easier to just make it so buses are not iggs fault

That sounds odd, that would be pretty major security breach for Google. IGG per se don't have your login information from google, it just uses Google infrastructure. Sure IGG can unlink game account from Google account and link it to another if "they desire" but they can't access Google login information.

The main issue is that IGG devs suck and at one point they tried making some event where you logged in with your IGGID, but fucked up the password part and you were able to yoink a login token with only IGGID and log into the game using that

It likely isn't. I doubt igg has so bad security that they are giving the api key away to 99 other people in the guild. And if they were, it would have affected a lot more than a few accounts. I bet those accounts had given their frigging password away to fo pack loading.

If you can hunt lvl 5s, and are working on some sort of gear like lets say cup, you could use the energy to hunt lvl 5 bons whenever they are out and try your luck at getting a gold halo or a halo in general basically.
There are some events where you've to spend a certain amt of energy to complete the quests for rewards or exchange extravaganza where you get pts for spending a specific amt of energy, so there's that as well.
Phantom knights are another way of getting holy stars and some speeds and stuff but it's completely random so it might not be worth the 4m energy but you could still give it a shot and get lucky
