It depend on what you are facing really. from what I seen so far if there is a demon slayer in the opponent team either your elementalist or witch doll or prima would probably die really quickly before having the chance to trigger their ultimate. but maybe you'll get lucky and prima would save the day before that happen. in which case you might have a chance depending on what you are facing

Just copy, if they use demon slayer, you can add trickster.
Just make sure you don't use incinerator against them, because it causes them to regain energy even faster.
By the way, you can also remove your healer in exchange for bombin goblin. It worked for me 3 out of 4 times.

What to use against this lineup?
Rank and levels are the most important as it's where you get most of your stats from. Grades increase the stats as well but not as much. Still, having a higher grade hero could be the difference between your hero being killed and your hero surviving (because your higher grade hero will have a tiny bit more hp and defenses).
And lineup is obviously very very important as well.
Unfortunately, colosseum isn't completely predictable as a lot of if boil down to luck. attacking twice the same team with the same heroes can lead to multiple different outcomes. Because your heroes and the opponents heroe won't always chose to do the same things, because the side effects of the powers of your heroes (such as stunning opponent and what not) won't always trigger if against a hero of the same level and because you might get lucky or unlucky with dealing or receiving critical hits. The best you can do is found a team that will have an higher chance of winning than the opponent (through trial and errors) and hope you'll win.

and thats mostly what happened when i did use her; could be cuz i wasnt using the perfect lineup with her

it's rare that I use her but I occasionally do as one of her power is to temporarily buff the defense of the weaker element of your team. So one hero that might have been one shot if she wasn't there might survive longer thanks to the defense boost. I had few successes like that (and a tons more failure because I don't know how to use her properly lol)

It does help when the result is close though. as I try to swap a few heroes to "fix" what whent wrong. But this far into the week I usually try to only target teams I know I have a high chance of beating
