There's dead kingdoms that are frequently advised about in this channel that no one migrates to. People want this thing that's "no one in the kingdom who is bigger than my 120m Castle so I can gather and never shield" but that doesn't exist.
However, if you want a dead kingdom where it's about as safe as you can get, no tile hitting or monster stealing, Low population, and tbh dead-dead (like, the biggest guild in the kingdom was running darknests during wow and didn't even fight, and they failed the darkest🤣), go to k231.

If bigger accounts aren't smart enough to save up all coins for migration scrolls, they deserve to be stuck in crappy kingdoms.

This is literally why the really dead-dead kingdoms always have a couple of really massive might accounts who have weak gear and low kills. They can't migrate and they barely play, never war. But it kills the kingdom because smaller guilds looking for a safe quiet place see the 2b Castle and think "omg no that's too scary" but they are too noob to notice that 2b might with only 10m kills and very few stars in a mostly dead kingdom means they are no threat at all, just a troop hoarder.

Depends on how experienced you are. I would say go for it. Me personally, no cuz it gives me a few minutes to get on when I forget what time my shield drop... in a titan kd, you're going to constantly watch out. You can't afford those few minutes before getting wrecked. i.e. 2 days ago... my 700mm dropped shield. I thought I had 1 day left. Checked in again and shield popped. No one hit it even when they scout it. Save my bacon for being in a med-size kd.

that really depends on you. i have been with my guild for 3 years now and we hop kingdoms about every year, but an old friend of mine has been with his guild for over 5 years and they are still in the same kingdom

so, if you have a nice guild and live in a fun kd, chances are you will stay there for a long time

Yeah but some guild hop kingdom every 2-3 weeks. Especially active warring. The kind that come into your nice happy kingdom and fuck shit up.
After the first week half the regular guilds all leave in a hurry to escape the terrible raiders (because migrating is easier than shielding ig).
After the second week there's nothing left to kill.
Kingdom is DEAD.
and then the Raiders move on.
