It depends on the kingdom.... in k890 my guild is setting and taking rallies at 15b might. We are the 2nd largest guild. We were fighting the 1st ranking guild since we were well under 10b
It really doesn't take that many people to fill a rally. Sure not everyone in the guild is war ready but the guild still hits gazette without them.

well my guild is looking to migrate too, in an open kingdom, to rejoin with 3-4 friends with accounts too old to get in a protected kingdom... we're not that strong like 14b so far, no member over 1b yet, no good rally lead yet (maybe one of those friends would be), in fact we enjoy a little bit of everything this game can offer. Would it be a mistake if we would migrate in an open kingdom?
