maybe you can try lordsmobilemaps. it's not up to date but I think you can list off kingdoms by population so you can have a general idea which ones are dead ones. Dead kingdoms are not really ideal to stay in, lack of content will bore you, but if you just want to be farming peacefully and fight against darknests instead of other castles then i guess go for it.

Welp goal is to find a place where small ones can start grow in peace and gather etc and later on will see if we goes for war and castle fight. I have many people in guild who just want to chill in game and have fun seeing their army growing lol

i dunno but wherever you go, there's always someone who's gonna hit you if they can hit you. the only advantage you'd have in dead kingdoms is if you forget to reset shield, you'd have a longer chance of not getting scouted and hit. I'd suggest you go to a fairly populated kingdom, where there's also castles for your guys to hit. If you stay too long in dead kingdoms, after you've built your troop comps, you guys might actually forget how to fight. There's actually players who thought it's a good idea to defend their castles with their leaders sheltered, so they ended up just getting farmed for kills when they moved to bigger kingdoms.
