Other things that help with training speed are certain research, talents, there are a few pieces of gear and well just higher level manors if yours aren't at 25

My friends shield dropped early after the emergency maintenance and IGG doesn’t want to make it right saying they are being fair .. IGG is speaking lies

@final valve i don't mean to be rude but shields are frozen during maintenance. So if maintenance is 1 hour long, the shield time extends 1 hour. Meaning if you set one at say 10pm but emergency maintenance happens at 8am for an hour then your shield will expire at 11 instead of 10pm. Now if their shield dropped before maintenance all they get is the 8 hour maintenance shield. But if they log in anytime before the 8 hours are up and they don't shield within 5 minutes of logging in, yes it will drop and that's more on you than igg. Shields don't drop early and are recorded in your shield logs. If they have a true dispute they can screen shot that and send it but chances are they dropped before maintenance, logged in and forgot to shield.

it's just if one has spent more on gear/etc. but I've definitely seen mythic champ accounts well below 1.5b

And against a 20m account each is going to be pretty much equal
