Consider "no reds" of the old days as being able to fit in sanctuary now.
Attackers got p5 fams that tends to deal 1m damage. Defenders got sanctuary, which not by mistake, more than covers that.
Of course sanc takes long time to clear so multiple rallies negates the cushion.

That being said I saw a 2.9m gazette hit so. It's still technically possible

Does any one know what is the max base troop stat you can get . You can get upto 135% from military tree, another 10% from gear research tree and 10% from a pact 3 familiar skill and another 10 from a p2p familiar skill. If you're definitely never buying packs and unlikely to go above green or at best get it blue, the offhand at least give you training speed, which you can't get anywhere else, and the inf one has not bad stats.
The boots give nice travel speed of you want something for speed gear that doesn't steal from beast helm. Also inf boots at Blue are kinda equivalent to storm tasset at purple.
The chest piece is always the best buy costs twice as much as the others so it's a consideration. However if you keep a lean army and can get it to blue with food Hyper set up you could be food positive, and if you ever get it purple/gold it's awesome. (But if you never buy champ packs that's incredibly unlikely).
