It depends on the situation, but for wonders you need balance , and that balance is achieved at a state in which increasing X amount of atk is equivalent to X amount of HP

So you often need to balance your stats more than a specific ratio

You'd rather build more troops to boost your attack and focus on having high HP on your gear.
After that, it's all about finding the right balance: not having too many troops so your familliars trigger quickly, but having enough attack power to avoid walkback and enough hp to avoid taking too much damage

Ring has army hp, cup buffs inf and range atk. Vial has only inf atk so you're not only losing hp but range atk. Even if you rejewel with IRC then you're losing inf attack in your blast

Best for mix is anything that give army atk, hp or generally 2 attack types

To use the astralites, I open the astralites chest in the bag, then each astralites from monsters reflect in "Unique" in the bag and automatically picks the equipment it's sufficient for and I get the equipment upgraded. I guess this is how it works?

Astralite and t5 are two separate issues

To use astralite you need mythic gear, to get mythic you research breakthrough

To use astralite you select on the amount you need from bag, go to the equipment that needs tempering and use it. But astralite requirement for equipment are in the thousands so do know which equipment you're using it on
