My mix gear gives a lot of ranged atk and few cav atk. How do I balance things out? Using a drum or vial in mix set doesn't make much sense. And jewels can't really be changed since I have some of the pieces in blast sets

2 cup 1 ring is expensive and he just said he doesn't want too expensive. 2 rings 1 cup you're going to get higher range ATk than you need I think you're better off with Scroll. You can make Frostwng sword before crusher. Scroll is not that expensive. It will slow down your skull crusher progression but not by a lot

Agreed with @rocky knoll, book is crap. It’s good for 424, and in a mix set, albeit you’ll get more value out of a cup and polar ring. The lack of cav hp undermines its value for the cost. Gear is good like that but there are some alternatives to some of the items there that I think are better I'm my opinion. Skullcrusher instead of sword ( needs to be at least same level (purple) to be worth it and since you got scroll there maybe keep the brains for that), Dragon Talons for Tassets ( better Army Hp and way easier to upgrade imo but lower atk) and Mitts for Dragon fist (better army hp and defense. I think for defense I'm my opinion unless you really need that cav atk)
