just a precaution though that the cane and lantern are both lvl 60 gear from cottageroar, if you plan to make gear, it's gonna be hard to do both of them so try making alternatives. I see people using viral switchblades for offhand but I'm unsure of its viability

ok so first point I'm not using the set rn what is in it was there since like a year ago when the account got zeroed , now I'm making troops on it again and since there's bargain was thinking about what to dump the 200k gems it has on. I was thinking 100% full buy halos and no venoms/blueprints cuz both pieces are at 0 golds towards the upgrade so that's just sinking the limited resources the account has into an impossible project , but a more plausible project is working on scroll that after a full buy would be slightly less than a full gold rare away from upgrading to gold. Any opinions on where to dump the gems would be appreciated (I don't have a need to use them all any leftovers will mean finishing troops faster lol)

Honestly if you’re f2p, I would scrap the skull crusher, bumblehelm, and storm tasset. Unless you’re investing a lot of time in this game, it’s not going to be gold or mythic anytime relatively soon. Possible, but not likely. There’s better gear for f2p. Frostwing sword will work well as a mix main hand. Dragon talons may be better for legs. Indulgent visage is an okay helmet for f2p but very easy to level up to mythic. It all depends on how you plan on investing in the game. Whether it be time, money, or both. @fallen heron

Most of it is halfway to purple already and from what materials I have this is the best gear I can make, for example I can only get a green frostwing sword and green talons.

Yeah you have to be strategic with what you forge. Like I would have went with hardened carpasace instead because it’s less ultra rares. But that just flows with the gear better on my f2p account. I set it up to where I only forge one item per monster type but keep everything balanced

What kinda comp should he make? He wants to upgrade to a rally trap after having some fun. Would 400k ea t4 with around 800k ea t2 work? I don’t really know what the standard solo trap comps are nowadays

Hello. Sooo that’s depends. Are you including your altar and fury. Nowadays especially with artifacts people‘s theories are huge when it comes to stats. Also what is the HP of inch different troop type. Because 395 is not great however if you have a good amount of gold saber and Grahm jewels instead of the spaces where you would put champion jewels you may be able to offset that a bit with high HP for each troop

What do you mean by walk back he would be looking for the walk back when he rallies you. He would walk back as if he has troops that survive. Are you thinking about rallying him with your stats? I think that that was said incorrectly.

you want to use dragon fist. some people on here may disagree with me but they are wrong. Two big reasons number one when it comes to tempering later on with Astra the dragon face is by far the most affordable item and it gives you the greatest outcome for the smallest amount. Meaning once you temperate to 12 if you have the proper jewels by that point which will be far in the future you can get 80 cav attack and 50 army hp from that item.

Or a majority of mixed sets yes your range and infantry will be higher because of the fact that most people are going to be sitting in a range wedge when they are off-line and taking a rally. However there are some people like personally me who faked being in that range rally and have a higher cav and range stat.

Both attack and HP are important. That's why we use gear with army attack/HP boosts or gear with at least 2 different attack boosts in mix.
Personally I prefer having higher attack stats if my comp is low; and higher HP if I have a larger comp

Yeah but it’d probably be less effective than if you used mix gear. When I first started taking rallies, we had a spy in a guild rallying me and they said what he was going, so I switched to blast gear to defend (in addition to swapping front accordingly). It worked, but I think mix gear might’ve done better since you’re powering up every troop type instead of just one

It mainly depends on your ability to counter the attack. If you counter, with stats around 350 then 1,5m each T4 and 3m each T2 is more than enough. However if you mess up counter you will burn.

If you are asking how many troops to eat rally with no regards to counter. Then this is report from full champ astra castle against castle with aroud 650% mix and 600 army hp.

Your mix isnt mix. It’s basically just a budget low end range blast. Don’t put an extra cup in. Swap that chestpiece out for a firewall chestpiece, and swap the codex to winter mitts. Work on one cup at a time.

I had 2.5 gold Blackwing Eye, Blueprint and Skull out of last Black Wing Lab. It was abit more then a full run with BoGo but barely any gem encounters. Last Garguantuan Lab I had 700k ish stars and had 2 Gold bloodsuckers & Eyes

Champ light better than boomerang for 208. 49% attack it gives from infantry beats out 21% cav hp boost from lunar boomerang (comparing them non tempered)

It’s true that you’re mainly using cav gear for a 208 but because of that, it severely depletes inf atk

As you said, light may be better if have no faiths since you’ll need the inf attack even more. Plus 208 is sent w 375k inf, further promoting use of champ light for sure

And assuming you have all hospitals, already have a big chunk of army hp from that and adding 21% on to that (in addition to hp you have from other 208 gear) won’t be a big factor by any means

In a 424 you want cav and inf while on a 442 you want inf and range. I personally recommend 442 for you cause it will be harder to make 424 set

This is still the generic mix set. Good for solo traps too. You can make slight tweaks depending on your front or you can go with skull crusher for main hand
