If you have soldier in every fort + in base. You get 110k points per minute. Kvk lasts for 23 hours and 30 minutes which is 1410 minutes. 1410x110 000 = 155m point. It's still long road to 300m especially if you have no participation in war and your gathering gear/researches are non existing.
