People usually try to occupy a lvl 4 or 5 either by speeding up their squad or by attacking tiles

Funnily enough, they are bots because: 1) the accounts instantly move from tiles if you march to them, anytime day or night.
2) the accounts are constantly depositing resources at a bank (have screenshots of that, looks kinda like that tile 24/7)
3) the bank then goes and deposits to players at a certain guild who have admitted to purchasing the resources from the dude with the bots - who has also bragged about the bots
4) Their homescreen says that to purchase resources, contact xxx
5) their troops will hit you on a tile (and die) - I have 11m kills from beating the bots to the tiles - sometimes they reverse but usually not. There are two castles that appear to have slightly better programming
6) they will sometimes send 10 troops 10 minutes away to a tile
