Save your gems, watch out for watcher or chaos tycoon hells and do those, especially when there's bon in Tycoon (or venoms - not voodoo doll so much). And keep a gem buffer saved for when there's a bargain store. It's the only sensible way to get good gear

It's possible to have T4 under 100m, but there's a big difference between having them unlocked and having full marches of them, and buffers.
