so i had been communicating with IGG regarding a failed notifacation after the last update. (prior to last update i never missed a single notifacation to myself or another person in guild who was being rallied) After the update i got rallied and was not notified ...members of my guild were not notified. I provided ALL the screenshots the IGG person requested showing everything is set as it should be ,,,provided the battle report , Only to be told sorry , to avoid in the future to make sure you have notifacations on .....(facepalm) i continued to reply letting them know clearly everything was on and that it was a failure on thier part...but they just stopped replaying and took NO responsibility for it. Thats how awesome customer support is on this game....keep buying packs and spending money, we will allow that . Have an issue? have cant do a damn thing for you sorry ....
