Well it's just their own style,, just let people go about with what they want, if they're scared to test their limits and just want to play it safe, it's fine as long as they're in a guild with people that share the same sentiments as theirs

Here in our guild the RL is the person online with enough guts to set on people that they can go on

(We're (like) a farming guild, but never shy from targets)

It doesn't matter if someone else in the guild has 300% more stats than you, if you want to take the lead, take it, everyone else just fills. (Within reason of course, usually just people that forget to shield out of gear)

we found a almost 900m might guy looking sus in cav front , soloed down ~5m of his t2 and set inf and cav rally he took them both in cav but swapped to inf front before they walked (LL range solo noodled) and than swapped to inf again when we sent another solo

he took next 2 rallies in cav wedge , first range second cav

than next 2 in inf wedge where we got first report , + on these 2 he swapped to real gear it was inf and cav

Your gonna want more t4 with the stats some leads are pushing. If it’s a noodle you could be fine if you counter along with t4/5 reins.

Also depends on your stats. What’s your mix stats? If it’s not half bad then you’ll probably fine with a full reins and a noodle lead. Thicc lead and your gonna need more t4, I would go for at least 1.5 mil each

Regardless you need more t4. After a few war rallies you’ll be down to a mil each in the danger danger zone.
