I've personally reported dozens of accounts that are always gathering 24/7 and instantly shield when attacked, and encouraged my guild to all report. A week later half of them just vanished, and the "guild leader" of them who was a real guy playing with 1,4b might had shield drop (normally it would instantly shield on rally) but we zeroed him. He was so mad... Soooo mad. Because he was also running a black market business with those very very active castles and it was killed because all the gatherers were banned and his big account was zeroed.
