@patent hinge don't attack castles from your own kingdom during kvk, no matter which kingdom they're in at the time. You don't get points and it reduces your kingdom's fighting power. For that one day only, all guild from your home kingdom are allies, no matter how bitterly you want to burn them every other day. And like Kapitän said- you can tell because the castles from your home kingdom look normal and the enemy kingdoms look dark red or purple. Their RSS tiles have a red banner.

so that means from, 10.000, 1.000 is free of charge and another 7.000 you need devotion

and the actual loss is 2.000

These stages really aren't very difficult and there's no magical one line up that you just have to unlock the code and run. Many combinations work. That's a strong random factor.
