Depends if the 199 packs refresh every day. I am assuming that 1 token = 10 emblems.
You get 100 for free.
Then there are some unknown number of tokens from hell events daily for 4 days.
199 gives 18, can take it 6 times. So that’s 108. Add in 80 from fireworks. For 12,000 we need 1200, so still need 912 more… and so we get 6 499 packs for 180 tokens … we are now at 458/1200 and at $52.
We go for 6 $20 ones, and now we have 998/1200 for $172.
You go for 199 ones in the shop, which give 9 tokens, daily. That’s 36 for $8. So 1034/1200 for $180.

And now you need to buy the unlimited ones for $3 that gives 9 tokens. So that’s 19 times - $57. So for a grand total of 1205/1200 you spend $237.

In both cases I assumed that you get 10 emblems per token so take with a pinch of salt … and there are some tokens from hell events, depending on how much, could reduce the price further. This is all very optimistic.

There is another tab there to the far left, called poetic landscape ( same name as the entire thing) that you are missing. If game is updated to the lastest version, then I think you can only go to live chat … it should be in settings -> help -> live chat.
