No, point requirements are higher with castle levels but you get better rewards too... People tend to do hell events at lower castle levels to get high rank in it... Which i don't recommend... It's a terrible idea especially for F2Ps and low spenders

That's not actually correct you don't need to overkill much for top 3 on a pre c25 account you only need about 120% of hell points usually
