Even if I'd send a full march that can clear the tile. The game randomly leaves one or more of the tiles I'm gathering unfinished and with just a bit left.

It's not a bug. Those are the rare drop materials. It's by design that the game has very low drop rates of those specific items, most people eventually have to spend money to get them leveled up.

But also don't waste your rare items like halos on crap equipment. Don't forge anything until you know what you're doing

In Stage 8-18 Elite, killing the mole shaman (in the second wave) first crashes the game.
It appears that the petite devil is the one who summons the towers, but the mole shaman dying also summons the towers? The game seems to crash due to the to the petite devil trying to summon towers already created by the mole shaman.
I was able to replicate this twice in a row.

Can someone explain to me how you're supposed to use the game on iphone if one of your accounts gets suspended and now you're stuck on the loading screen where it says your account was suspended and you can't change accounts? I have tried deleting / reinstalling to no avail. Tried talking to live support and their only "helpful" comment was that I needed to wait until my account was unbanned. In the meantime, I can't use my phone for my other accounts while they take their time and there's no telling if my account will get unbanned anyway. What is with this terrible game design?

Each time I switch accounts on apple, it kicks me when loading in once but the other time is fine it takes about a minute to load also. Note:this never happened before servers were reset. So please try not to reset servers, because in my opinion, resetting them makes it worse.

It's not knocking 20% off the research time 🙄 it adds 20% to your research speed.
It's in the title - "research speed boost" not "research time reduced".

This is basic math, if you don't get that I don't know what to say.

It's additive, not multiplicative.
If your basic research speed is 300% and you add on a 20% boost, that boost doesn't reduce your time by 20%, it increases your speed to 320%

After you go to News Section and read news or join events or want to look events(through the news section) ur whole mailbox bugs out ingame, no mails are being prompted and unless you literally close the game and restart it wont fix. Both PC and Android version have this bug.

First of all everyone has 1 research speed with that speed suppose a research take 10/1= 10days than if you upgraded you research gear and now it's showing 200% research boost it means your research speed raise to 2 that mean same research will take 10/2= 5 days to complete now if you upgrade you gear to 20% more research boost that means your research speed boost is 220% it means it would take 10/2.2= 4.54 days not 5/1.2= 4.16days

Look at these 3 image shows the math clearly

In first image at 254.25% it take 1days 7hr. And in second after increasing 5% boost according to your math it should take 1day 5hr. And 42min but its is taking more time
But if you see in third picture it is showing original time 110.76hr. which is reduced by 259.25% it showing exact same time 1day 6hr. 49min
